Born in Port Charlotte and raised in Venice, Florida, Kolbie Ward has deep roots in the Southwest Florida community he proudly serves today. After attending The Out-of-Door Academy, he continued his education at Flagler College in St. Augustine before building a career dedicated to helping others.
Kolbie began his professional journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has since served in a variety of leadership and operations roles, including Scheduling Coordinator, Home Care Consultant, Payroll Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. This unique combination of hands-on care experience and operational leadership has given him a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and families.
Throughout his career, Kolbie has witnessed the impact that reliable support can have on a person's quality of life. He recognized that many individuals don't need medical care—they simply need a trusted person to help with transportation, errands, companionship, technology assistance, pet care, and the everyday tasks that make life easier.
That realization inspired the creation of The Ward Way.
